Managing Long Term Conditions, Harrogate Int Centre, Harrogate

15th/16th April 2010

With a growing number of the population living longer and the increase in the number of people developing Long Term Conditions, the 2010 event will now be run over 2 days to allow all the delegates the opportunity to attend key presentations and workshops to discuss issues, opportunities and new development in the implementing and management of programmes of care for Long Term Conditions, as well as visiting all the exhibitors at the event.

Health Intelligence will be exhibiting in Hall B on Stand 32, offering delegates the opportunity to see a live demonstration of our range of services designed to offer effecient and effective programmes of care for PCT's population with Long Term Conditions.

2009's annual conference focused on Transforming quality, creating value: developing health care for a new economic era. Health Intelligence demonstrated their range of services to assist NHS organisations deliver quality services and programmes of care for those with Long Term Conditions, whilst identifying cost and savings opportunities through their services including Medicine Management, Referral Intelligence and Risk Stratification.

Commissioning Intelligence and the use of Primary Care data

Health Intelligence presented and exhibited at this Training and Awareness Day organised by Commissioning Business Service (CBS). The event provided practicle examples of the use of Primary Care data, including Health Needs Analysis and Reconciling acute activity with referrals, which bring financial saving for commisioning organisations - a key objective for healthcare services today, who are looking to deliver quality service with reduced funding.

Health Intelligence attended the iSOFT User Group Annual Conference on October 9th & 10th 2008. Delegates were able to discuss our services and attend our presentation entitled Population Based Needs Analysis & Population Based Interventions.


EMIS National User Group Conference

11-12th September 2008

Health Intelligence attended the fifteenth annual EMIS National User Group Conference on 11th - 12th September 2008. Delegates to the conference were able to visit our stand to discuss the challenges of implementing a systematic and co-ordinated approach for patients with Long Term Conditions (LTCs) and those at risk of LTC's. Health Intelligence service provides a population based reporting, risk stratification and programme management tools.


Managing Long Term Conditions

On 1st May 2008, Health Intelligence exhibited at Managing Long Term Conditions at Harrogate International Conference Centre, Stand 77. Delegates attended our Fringe Session on Stand 77, and were given a demonstration of CDRIntell, which provides a range of comprehensive reporting facilities to assist General Practice, PCT's and SHA's understand their patients/populations.
