Bournemouth International Centre. Throughout the 2 day event, Health Intelligence
will be exhibiting on Stand 40, demonstrating their range of information solutions for
NHS organisations, which identify patients at risk of or with Long Term Conditions.

Managing Long Term Conditions |

On 1st May 2008, Health Intelligence will be exhibiting at Managing Long Term Conditions at
Harrogate International Conference Centre, Stand 77. Delegates will also be able to attend
a Fringe Session at 11am on Stand 77, demonstrating CDRIntell, which provides a range of comprehensive
reporting facilities to assist General Practice, PCT's and SHA's understand their

entitled 'Cardiac Today, Cardiovascular Tomorrow'. The event provided delegates with
the opportunity to speak to both healthcare professionals and businesses which support the NHS.

Pass the Patient |

Health Intelligence presented at Pass the Patient - a one day conference focussing on 'Streamlining
the handover of care from hospital to community providers with better information'.
Health Intelligence demonstrated their information solution which assists
NHS organisation address the key challenges for people at risk or with Long Term conditions.
On 12-13 October 2007 Health Intelligence exhibited at
the iSOFT User Group National Conference at The Daventry Hotel, Northamptonshire.

Following the recent interest in the BBC television series “Can Gerry Robinson save the NHS?” Graphnet Health, supported by their partners, hosted an “Audience with Gerry Robinson” for a select group of NHS senior directors on the 9th May 2007. This event focused on providing a platform where lessons learned from implementing localised initiatives in the NHS could be shared.
