Health Intelligence attending nationwide QIPP Risk Profiling Events

Health Intelligence will be attending the following QIPP Risk Profiling Events around England;-

• 4th October 2011, East Midlands Hilton (East Midlands)
• 12th October 2011, Chilford Hall, Cambridge (East of England)
• 20th October 2011, Taunton Cricket Club (South West)
• 9th November 2011, Ark Centre, Basingstoke (South Central)
• 29th November 2011 Haydock Park (North West)
• 13th December 2011, Yorkshire and Humber (Venue TBC)

Each event will be attended by various personnel from Clinical Commissioning Groups, Primary Care Trusts and Service Providers within the region. The focus on commissioning services for patients with Long Term Conditions (LTCs).

Each event concerns Risk Profiling for patients with LTCs and as a leading provider of Population based Risk Stratification tools, Health Intelligence will be demonstrating our Risk Stratification and Case Finding tool to the delegates.
