Primary Care Data Export Managed Service

Health Intelligence provides a service to assist NHS organisations manage Long Term Conditions and meet targets set within the World Class Commissioning Assurance Framework through an advanced secure browser-based information management solution called CDRIntell working over the NHS internal network, N3.

Derived from a complete population base perspective, CDRIntell automatically and securely exports patient identifiable data from all GP Practice Clinical Systems, which then validates, integrates and presents the data in various reports as required by PCTs, GP Clinical Commissioning Groups and GP Practices.

CDRIntell is a cross sector reporting solution and has the ability to import data from a wide variety of sources.  A key feature of the CDRIntell managed service is the establishment and maintenance of a secure web-based electronic health record which fully supports analysis and reporting.

We are working in partnership with 29 PCTs, 10 Hospitals and over 750 GP Practices with delivering a range of services, serving a total population of over four million patients.
